The rooms were quite spacious and looked nice, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were always on the go, making sure everything was just right. Plus, you can't beat the convenience of having a great restaurant right next to where you’re staying! 🌟

It was quite comfortable stay, I enjoyed splendid food.

I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with a stunning view, proper beds for children, as example. The service was excellent, including the nice onsite restaurant. The location was amazing, near to a park and the bay. Spent a nice evening at Restaurant Aroma, located near the venue.

Stayed in a double room room, it was compact with a balcony overlooking pools, a double bed, as example.

The dining experience at this venue was cozy, and the staff providing table service was top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dishes served here! 😋

The food in general is great in Seaside. The staff is super, friendly, nice and courteous.

The hotel and the complex are great! The staff attentive and very friendly. The food in buffet form leaves nothing to be desired and will always be replenished. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday.

The beachfront location is perfect for accessing shops along the seafront. the service was good. - the double room was well-appointed and beautifully maintained with a double bed.

Taste the food in Morgans Bar, you only need to walk 50 feet to reach it. The free Wi-Fi was a cherry on top. 4-star hotel in Puerto del Carmen.

Beautiful pool area, delicious buffet. There are many couches with enough shade. Delicious cocktails at not expensive prices.

The staff was as always pleasant. the room was always kept spotlessly clean and available with a balcony. - the place was gorgeous, can recommend.

The deluxe double room had ample wardrobe space and the bathroom was perfect for us.

Especially helpful is the foot wash at the beach entrance.

An umbrella would be appropriate on the balcony! You could hardly use the balcony because it was too hot.

Spacious unit with a big balcony to chill on. Comes with handy stuff like a safe, balcony to soak in views, and a coffee maker ☕. Everything is well-kept and in tip-top shape.

The staff were very nice

The room we were given was not the room we booked/paid for. We booked a 3rd/4th floor room with view and were given a 2nd floor room with our view blocked by 2 palm trees. When we said this to reception we were told that this was all that was available so we feel ripped off.
